  • Ross Castle This square medieval tower which was built by the O' Donoghues in the 15th century is beautifully situated on the shores of Lough Lein. Now restored, the castle houses a fine collection of 16th and 17th century oak furniture. Killarney to the rose castle, take about 30min by walk. There are beautiful walking course.
  • Killarney Lake A beautiful escape from the city buzz with the perfect combination of breath-taking scenery and interesting wildlife.

Access on national road N72 from Killarney 6 miles on the left or from Killorglin 6 miles on the right. Breathtaking view of the River Laune, country side, McGillicuddy's Reeks with Carrantuohill, Ireland's highest mountain.
